For this you need Icons Pack Studio App which link given below so download and install it now open it now here you can use tamplate or you can create the custom icons.
Firstly I am tell you how to create a custom icons pack then I will tell you how you can use tamplate. Now go to New option then select a type of icons here I am selecting Adaptive Icons then you will redirected to editor of this app. Here you will see many more options :
Logo :
Design : In this section you can change the type of icons like Adaptive icons, Textual icons etc. and you can the change the size of the icons.
Move : Here you can move the icons vertically and horizontally and also you can rotate the icons.
Fill : With this option you can change the color of the icons you can choose the color of the icons in gradient or a simple color.
And there are option that you can use to make a profesinal icons like shadow, inner shadow etc.
Shape : With the help of this option you can change the shape of the icons like rounded, square etc.
Resize : In this option you can change the width, height of the icons backgroud and you can move the backgroud horizontally and vertically.
Stroke : Here you can add the Stroke in the icons backgroud.
Also there are some options to you can make icons more profesinal like shadow, inner shadow etc.
